Health: Take-Home Rapid Testing and KN95 Masks
- Free take-home rapid test kits are available at our location until the current supply is exhausted. Distribution is limited to 1 test kits per person who is aged 2 or older. Everyone receiving a test kit must be present at the distribution site. Each kit contains two rapid antigen tests. Please provide proof of residency; examples include but are not limited to, a driver’s license, utility bill, or lease agreement.
- KN95 masks are available for pick-up until the current supply is exhausted. The masks are adult sized. lease agreement.
